"It was a good place to stay overnight while I was in town. The room was comfortable and clean, but there was a distinct odour in the bathroom, which while not overly irritating, was a little unpleasant. I can only assume there are some underlying plumbing issues. Overall, happy with the stay. "

"The overall experience here was great. Good facilities and amenities. The breakfast was great with a good selection to choose from. A small gym but functional and pool to use. In the room it was spacious and well presented. Only concern I had was one staff member was a bit rude and brief when dealing with them. All other staff were fantastic and helpful. I would stay again."

"Hotel had very luxurious look and feel, located in the convenient heart of Liverpool. The room comes with kitchen implements if you want to cook / microwave your own food that you can buy from Westfield - very close walking distance. Otherwise there's also a restaurant strip for the full local experience. We were visiting on a night with violent windstorms and downpour, all of our clothes were completely soaked but there was a washer & dryer in the hotel room which was super convenient as we did...
