"The staff was friendly and very helpful. One challenge was that some rooms were not accessible by elevator. Once the elevator reached a floor, the rooms were up another half flight of steps. It was challenging for me who is a senior adult to get a suitcase up that half flight. I had to take it slow but managed okay. "This is not a big chain hotel with cookie-cutter amenities and sterile facilities. It presents as a family run, quaint, quiet and comfortable place to stay while exploring Normandy. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. The facility is not brand new, but is well-maintained. I would and will stay here again."

"Had an enjoyable stay here. The restaurant was very good and also the bar snacks. Lovely pool although crowded when we visited in November. Very close to the port so perfect for an overnight stay before the early morning ferry. Would stay again."
