"Our stay was fantastic. Our room was great, very clean and we had water, biscuits and tea and coffee. The whole hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and the food and drinks were very good. We definitely would recommend this hotel to friends and family. We have stayed here before and will be staying here again this Friday, 27th December on our way back home from staying with our daughter."

"Stayed here for one night on new year's. Was a comfortable stay, our room was quite a way from the entrance - up and down stairs and corridors, not a problem for us but could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Room was a good size and had shower gels, tea and coffee. Comfy bed. Had dinner in the evening which was nice though seemed there was only 2 vegetarian options so a couple more would have been better. Breakfast was nice and a good amount of options. Staff were really friendly....

"Overnight parking fee of £15 should be more transparent overnight. Very clean and nicely presented. Helpful staff but was kept waiting over 20 minutes as Expedia hadn’t paid Holiday Inn. Good sleep. Good bathroom. ( towels for 3 when 4 staying. Minor issue but often happens in big chains). Very good breakfast ( between 8-9:30 so no seeping in). Overall would use again if cheaper than local pub who doesn’t charge for parking. "

"Generally speaking very good. The things that spoiled it for me was the noise of the private parties, both on the Friday and Saturday nights. Added to the fact that a constant stream of party guests traipsing through the bar to go outside to smoke and huddled together because of inclement weather the doors stayed open, letting the wind and rain blow through the bar. It made having a quiet drink uncomfortable, I ended up retiring early to be comfortable. I appreciate parties are necessary for...
