Despite seeing reviews which say that the staff are unhelpful and offhand we found that the reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area . "The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. The spa was okay but not the best standards - a little 'thrown together' with broken shower trays and the hot tub...

"Good location in the middle of La Manga. Room was very clean. Mediterranean Sea faced room have vary nice view but as it is street faced it was slightly noise in the night. The staff kindly rearranged a Mar Menor faced room which was very quiet and also had a very nice view. Food was average but still good value for what we paid for. Happy with our stay in this hotel. "
