"This hotel is in need of maintenance, it is old and needs to be remodeled. The basketball court is falling down and that is why I rent it, so my children can play, and parking is very expensive and is not included."

"The property was clean and well-maintained. While the rooms were smaller than expected, they were still comfortable and tidy. We made a last-minute booking for a king-sized bed with a city view. Unfortunately, the only available rooms were on the 3rd floor, where the view was limited due to surrounding taller buildings. Additionally, one of the windows was partially obstructed by a flag, further diminishing the already modest view."

"Staff was indifferent about the 6 inches of snow and slop at the valet parking / drop off location and did nothing to resolve it overnight after the snow had stopped. Poor customer service and customer experience despite $52 per night valet parking charge."
