Staff, in particular Umberto very helpful not just with food and wine (using Coravin to provide a wide selection by the glass), but also any other questions we had including hiking suggestions, which were spot on for us. "I haven't felt like I overpaid this much for a hotel in over 5 years. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Service terrible with people at front desk and the hostess at the restaurant. And it is not ski-in/ski-out. It is right off a busy road and near the train line, not a ski resort. 15 minute drive to 3 Zinnen."
