"The hotel is connected to several restaurants and a coffee shop that are not owned by Hyatt. However, the smell of food from these establishments is quite strong—it travels from the lobby all the way up to the 28th floor, where my room is. While the scent isn’t exactly unpleasant, it’s not particularly pleasant either. Valet parking is quite expensive, but the staff are very friendly and professional. We were glad we chose to use the hotel’s valet service. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient—almost everything you’d want to visit is within walking distance. "
