I especially want to recognize the efforts of Tracy Ann who made sure our room was meticulously kept and she was patient with us with our unpredictable departure times. "The staff very very friendly and went above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Not a great range of food on offer and you had to book your lunch and dinnertimes on the morning which doesn't give flexibility. One Negative was we booked this hotel for the Spa. The spa has been out of action since at least June according to an employee. It has not been amended on the websites or expedia. Very disappointed! "

"The property is beautiful and on the beach. The access to the continental breakfast was late. Was there at 645am trying to get something to eat before my excursions but the staffer Sachea was rude when i entered the kitchen area. Shouting that certain items werent the continental breakfast. How would I know? Every hotel over the world doesnt have the same items for a continental breakfast. They should also install a soda/juice machine so people can get their own soda sometimes instead of waiting...
