"Great location for rail users. Hotel was quiet despite being so close to the tracks. Good beds and room size. Downside was no restaurant service on Sunday and trek back to the centre to get anything to eat. Service staff helpful. "

They contacted me via Hotels.com with an unrelated message, which I responded to immediately. But again there was no response. "

"I loved my stay here and only wish it was longer. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful, everyone says hi as you walk through the hotel. The building is beautiful with sumptuous relaxing interior decor from the restaurant to the garden to the room. The room had everything I could need including a balcony with a view over the garden. And to top it all off there is a stylish relax spa with excellent massage and pleasant pool. "

"Just returned from a 4 night stay and can’t fault the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful. Tea and coffee in the spotlessly clean room was much appreciated and there was no noise at all. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the railway station, with a lovely park just around the corner. Can’t recommend the hotel enough! "

The reception staff was so very kind on every occasion when we had questions to ask them.They also sold us the Ghent Card which gave us entrances to various tourist attractions and public transportation in Ghent.
