"It's a nice place to stay in a beautiful part of the world. But they have lots to learn. The website says the parking is free, but it also says it's charged per night. When emailing them asking if it costs or not, you get the reply "no problem" - and when asking again you don't get a reply. My booking included breakfast, but the hotel first refused to honour that claiming that it's not included if you stay in a rorbu. I showed them the booking confirmation, but since the staff didn't know...
