The unit is excellent and deserves 10/10. Very clean, very spacy, overlooking beautiful Svolvaer harbor.
However, service was terrible. When we arrived at the property, no reception was available. We asked for help at Nordis Restaurant. A good man there contacted Nordis Apartments and gave us a key. Until now, we received an email from Nordis Apartments to use KEYCODE to enter the unit.
But there was NO KEYCODE. We used the key to enter the unit.
So overall rating is 5/10 while property is 10/10.
If the Apartments management improves the service, Nordis shall receive overall excellent rating 10/10.
