"Hotel looked beautiful on entering the grounds. Checkin was unremarkable. Shown to room which was on the ground floor. Quite dark. Bed very low and both of us had trouble getting in and out. Small en-suite bathroom. It was a very hot day and night. We were on ground level with French doors to the patio. "Our two week holiday at Le Goyen was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Our room 217 was large and comfortable with a large bathroom.
