" Very welcoming, polite staff. Room was clean and neat, we were alocated an accessible room which we did not need, the shower gel was under the shower head which could not be moved so the gel was washed away before you could get your hand away. How someone with mobility issues manages I don't know!. The heater in the room beside the bed banged and popped all night so we had hardly any sleep the first night till it was fixed. "Friendly welcome and an easy check in. I was visiting to attend the Welsh Open Snooker so didn't spend much time in the hotel. My single room was cheap in price but well set up and very clean. Great bed and shower. Nice range of courtesy drinks in the room. I didn't buy breakfast so I cannot comment on food or bar service. I will stay here again"
