"Easy 20-30 mins walk into Oxford city. Parking fees covers from 3pm to 11am the next morning. Staff who helped us to check in was kind of rude. He was speaking too fast and when we asked for clarifications, his tone changed, as though we couldn’t understand English. We are from a first world English speaking country, just not UK. "

"This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel. The price is affordable and our favourite part is the swimming pool as it is heated, which makes it perfect for young children. Definitely will be staying again in the new future."

"Second time staying here and it was just as good the second time. Hotel was clean and welcoming and had a nice to feel to it. Room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We had the breakfast buffet both mornings which we enjoyed and a variety of food everyone and for various dietary requirements. Hotel is close to the train station and town centre which useful. Will definitely be recomending and staying again "

"Crowne Plaza on New Year day is quiet and enjoyable. There is space for kids to roam around. The dining option was good, a bit expensive for what they said was freshly cooked food but didnt taste like it. The service at reception and restaurant and bar was brilliant. Not happy with the booking system introduced recently for kids to swim, each slot lasting for 45 mins. Swimming pool is v clean with sauna and steam room next to it. "The only negative is that you have to pay for parking though hotel guests get 24 hours for £8 which compares to £20 for non guest parking as the parking is for the MK Dons Arena (hotel is part of the arena complex). "
