"We had a great time and a well situated hotel. It was a shame that the weekend we chose we had a storm and the Christmas market was cancelled. But that can’t be helped. Room was very cold but we told reception and they gave us a heater which was a great help. Would definitely book this hotel again"

"Great place, fantastic location right by the river and town. We go to Stratford quite a bit and this is by far the nicest we’ve found. The bedroom was beautiful with a huge bed and large bathroom. Separate shower and bath. Breakfast was great too with helpful staff. We will be back "

"Dining was good on the first evening apart from the length of time to deliver the main course {our prepared food was delivered to the wrong table, so there was a delay in delivering two meals for us), and on the second evening one main course and one dessert were overcooked and dry."

"The hotel was ideally placed for us to meet our friends. Parking was good, staff friendly. There were 2 Christmas Parties going on during our stay which worried us but they assured us it wouldn't affect our stay and it didn't."

"Really lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Bed was a little hard for us (but I know some people prefer that) but overall we had a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We plan to return again in the spring/summer so we can enjoy the beautiful hotel garden. Highly recommended."

"Checkin was very good even got our bags carried to our room by a very polite staff member but Breakfast service was rather slow especially waiting 15 minutes for a coffee despite the place not being busy and very unfortunate that a guest was on the phone speaking very loudly spoiling the ambience of the hotel The spa was extremely good but needs pre booking before you arrive "
