"It’s very clean. Rooms are spacious. Staff is fun (Go Chiefs!). You can walk to a million bars, restaurants and shops. There’s an indoor-outdoor pool and a lobby bar. Price is great. I would definitely suggest staying here even if the property is a little older. It doesn’t feel outdated."

"The facility itself was amazing beautiful check-in was a breeze. We had a free welcome drink when we checked in along with a free drink at the bar on the seventh floor. The only complaint I have is we went for a full breakfast the morning before we left and the service was beyond bad. There was no one to sit us. I had to walk around to find somebody to be sat. I finally found a bartender back behind the bar that was bent over stocking and she said there should be a host which we never didn't see...

"The front desk staff were very helpful, the room was very nice. The only downside was the breakfast from the hotel restaurant was not very good. The coffee was undrinkable. I would eat offsite next time."
