"You advertised this hotel as 4 star well it’s not 4 star it would be lucky to be 1 star We were told on arrival that we would have to clean our own rooms. And if we wanted the towels or bed linen changed we would have to pay 10 euros a day for that service and when we said how do we clean the rooms they charged 40 Euros for supplying a broom a bucket and mop and a hover. Oh and when we opened the room NO AIR CONDITIONING 4 star hotel JOKE ,,"

"We have just completed an overnight stay and dinner at the chateau and we were so impressed with the quality of service and friendliness of the staff throughout our visit. From our initial greeting and assistance from Cecile on reception to later on meeting Kevin our waiter in the brasserie we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be looking to return very soon.
