"The rooms were old and took close to 12 hours to cool down once we arrived. The balcony was not suitable for infant as she could fall under the guardrail. The bathroom was outdated and moldy. The dining options were very limited and very crowded. The music at night went until 12 midnight which was very loud and too late. The staff was lovely though - very kind and helpful. The facility just needs a major upgrade for being marketed as a 4 star resort it didn’t meet my expectations. "

Modern and fresh. Bathroom good. Kitchenette locked up as cleaning of it not included, but you could ask for the key to the cupboard unit. The microwave was accessible.
