"First impression is everything. The front door was white but covered in rust. When you got inside there was rust on all the faucets including in the shower. There was no coffee maker. The view is lovely from the balcony. Bed in the master bedroom was extremely small. It truly is a double bed so if you are 6 feet tall your feet hang off the end. I would not stay there again unless the bed in the master was change to two twins beside each other aka king bed. "

"It was a fabulous find at a reasonable cost. That said, it was super tiny with columns in the middle of the room and terrace, taking away much of you move around space. (Double bed) The view was incredible and being right against the castle makes it truly unique. "

"This was a great place to stay. Great location, nice staff, lovely room and amenities. If I have one criticism it would be the use of paper cups in the bathroom. And only two at that! Seems out of sync with the price we paid for the stay - it was the most expensive of the five hotels we stayed at during our seven-day road trip in this part of Spain."

"Such a pleasant experience. I was first interested in this place because of the name “God is good” but Don’t let the word “hostel” fool you, this gem is really just a precious bed and breakfast. Be aware that this hostel has no parking so prepare to walk uphill and a few stairs to reach. Once we got to the front door we were welcomed by the owner, Javi, and he was excellent— made check in super easy and guided us to our room to settle in. "Aunque solo estuvimos menos de una noche alojados por lo que suponía nuestra visita a Benicarló. El personal estuvo muy atento y fue muy amable en todo momento. Facilitaron continuamente nuestra visita y nos atendieron de una forma exquisita y muy cuidada. Volveríamos a repetir sin duda pero quizá para varios días. Nos encantó todo el conjunto de instalaciones, servicios y del personal que se haya trabajando. Calor familiar y muy cercano para el huésped."

"This hotel is amazing. We were there out of the tourist season which was perfect. The unit has a nice kitchen so that we could self cater. We tried to get to the buffet on the first day, but it was incredibly crowded, most likely with a tour group arriving at the same time. Instead we did some shopping at the spar shop in Benicarlo nearby. Dolores was especially helpful in showing us the way into the parking garage. "

"Great checkin (the young woman working front desk was awesome). studio suite is utilitarian and just fine. Arrived late, but didn’t want the big buffet dinner on offer in restaurant(looked good though!)…limited options for room service. Recommend. "
