"Absolutely amazing , stunning location, hotel was so beautiful, photos don’t do it justice ! Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. Can’t wait to go back! "

"We had a fantastic stay here, service 1st class all round, food excellent (we were half board), free afternoon cakes were absolutely delicious, sauna suite brilliant. Our waiter Hr Ferenc was amazing. Maybe issue guest card on arrival without having to ask for it would be good. The free local buses and train were excellent for getting to and from our walks which were thoroughly enjoyable. All in all a wonderful weeks break, thank you. "

"The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...

"Overall a very nice hotel. As mentioned elsewhere rooms though a good size are somewhat dated. The bathroom in my deluxe room was very 90’s…I wouldn’t normally expect a shower in a bath for an upgrade room, The Spa is the stand out feature of this hotel. Beautiful views of the mountains…particularly at dusk. Very relaxing. The hotel is very much a family hotel. I personally found the dinner options very limited…4 mains and one desert option. (Or that’s all I was presented with) Business...

"This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. From the ornate exterior to the finely furnished hallways and bedrooms wrought in finely carved wood. Against the backdrop of the Tyrolean mountains and the quaint village of Zirl, this hotel is a must if you’re in the area. Plus, the in-house restaurant, Restaurant Maximilian, was absolutely exquisite—Try the beef tartare, treat yourself! "
