"We travelled as a family with 4 and really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. No parking on-site but there is a nearby car park with offers a discount to hotel guests. We found the location convenient to get to all the main sites and would happily stay here again next time we’re in Bristol. Thank you!"

The room was great for what we wanted the only issue I would have is the duvet I think it had seen better days it felt more like a sheet than anything! Bed was really comfortable though. "Very professional welcome and check in process with clear guidance on how to get to my room. Room decor was dated but it was very clean and bedding/towels were spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Good amenities in the room. Sadly I didn’t get to use the pool/gym due to my arrival/departure times. The building itself is very impressive and the grounds were lovely- I can imagine that drinks on the terrace overlooking the garden in good weather would be quite a special experience. The restaurant areas looked very nice but I did not eat there. I would book to stay again in the future. "
