"Good but one stay the heater wasn't working, they clearly knew as it had an electric radiator on there"

"We stayed as we booked the late swim and spa. Are room for three had two double beds and bathroom. Although dated and in need of a little attention it didn’t detract from our stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful a credit to the hotel. The outside swim area was cold and we couldn’t stay in it for long. The indoor pool was lovely and warm. We ate in the bar as the restaurant was full. Food was good and warm. Overall a great stay and would return."

"Ok Parking always an issue on site and not a great route in but public car park nearby and is discounted. Room was really cold and no A/C. But they quickly changed it for a better one. Breakfast wasn’t bad for a hotel Buffet "

"We arrived about 40 mins before check in time and parked our car in the last space in the hotel's carpark. I went in to explain that we were going to leave our car and the very friendly lady on reception told us that we could check in early. We stayed in a lovely room that had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. That evening we had a few drinks in the very popular bar but we didn't eat in the restaurant (we had other plans). "Stayed at the Manor house Hotel and spa on the 18.01.25 my husband and myself we had a lovely stay room was lovely and clean the bed was really comfy the staff were very helpful and pleasant nothing was to much trouble we didn't get time to go into the spa but next time we will. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Corridors & hotel room tired e.g. torn wallpaper, scuffed table. Receptionist accused me of not paying for dinner the night before where I had to provide a credit card statement as proof of payment as apparently the till receipt wasn’t suffice & the Waiter didn’t provide a pdq receipt. Fantastic facilities & grounds & felt very festive!"

"The hotel was great for our one night stay. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Parts of the hotel could do with some work but overall was a lovely stay. The staff were the best thing about it, they went above and beyond in all areas, the pool, the reception, the bar and the restaurant."
