Staff was exceptional— helpful, responsive, and friendly, Location was great — Uffizi, the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, etc. were easily walkable, and restaurants and shopping opportunities abound. "Overall this place was fine. Basic amenities and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a pizza from the bar that was better than expected. Interior was very dated but for the price, it was fine. Area around not great, but I didn’t need to leave once I got there. A bit noisy due to trains running nearby. Cab to the airport cost about e20. Good place to stay if you have an early flight. "
