"I highly recommend the restaurant (3 Steps on George). The food was very good and the staff were even better. The room was clean and comfortable but just a touch ‘tired’. Also didn’t really like the lack of a lift meaning luggage up and down stairs. Overall though it was a good enough place to stay."

"Lovely accommodation. 15 minute walk into town but plenty of places nearby to eat and drink on the way. Good sized room. Large bathroom with a small shower which we found strange, but the best and most powerful shower at that. Very big pillows so would request a flatter one as we both had bad necks after the first night. "

"Lovely hotel looking over marina and mountains. Close to a few restaurants and boardwalk for great walks. We loved our balcony room. The bed was amazing and great lounge tv area."

"Great stay in Launceston right at the perimeter of the CBD. Super walkable to main part of town, museums, parks and river etc. great staff and well appointed room - we didn’t have a car but it appeared parking very easy as well. "

"Great location walking distance into town. Beautiful Park opposite with monkeys, free parking - can get busy but just park up the hill behind the property. Comfortable bed small toilet /bathroom but quite a large room. A perfect place & reasonable price to base yourself with a car."
