"Had been dreaming about coming back to the hotel for two years and I finally was able to come back in the trip to visit my friend but found somewhat disappointed about the condition of the room I got this time. A girl from the front desk (I believe I saw in Nov 2023 as well) tried to honor my request to change to a different room but it didn’t happen unfortunately. For this reason, I still give 4 star review. The shower was still so nice as last time. The room was smaller than I stayed last time...

"The location is fantastic - right on the edge of the old town and walking distance of the train and tram stations. Fantastic for seeing everything you would want to see in Nice. Interesting rooms in two levels - with the bathroom and small living room on the lower floor and bed on the upper floor via a staircase. "Another fantastic stay here at The Holiday Inn. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We came back because of the excellent facilities, brilliant staff, fantastic buffet breakfast and close proximity to the train, bus and shopping. We are a young family and this is perfect for us. We cannot rate it highly enough. "

"Lovely luxury four-star hotel just off the main market and see front in Nice. Helpful and courteous staff gave us a warm welcome on arrival. Bedroom was excellent, quiet at night, utterly spotless with a modern designer shower room. The range of options at breakfast buffet was nice, but the room was really cramped and crowded. The staff keep bumping into the guests in the narrow space between the chairs and tables - which is unfortunate for a buffet. The hotel really need to sort this. Overall...
