"Brilliant location in a great skiing resort. Was a bit apprehensive looking at the mixed regiews but we found it excellent. Decent size apartment and very new. Everything worked and very clean. We had to get two lifts to get to the 8th floor but that was fine. Nice touch with swimming pool. Would definitely go again and 9 out of 10 for us."

"Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. Brilliant! Would return if skiing in Alpe d’Huez again."

"The rooms were nice, modern and tidy. But it was very small in the toilet The food was amazing however not much option for young kids. Everything was in french so had to guess what the food was. With an allergy I find this quite surprising that you don’t alsl have English written. The staff was accommodating in the restaurant and bar. However the reception staff I found very rude, abrupt and very unhelpful. I was not advised of the hotel amenities and general hotel information. With no English...

"The location is nice, with little grocery stores and a park nearby. The furniture and bathroom as well as the spa are very dated and not well maintained. We didn't really feel at home (smelly toilet and also because the heating was off and we had to use an electric heater). It is a nice hotel overall, but it just seems past its time."

They were happy to provide alternative if I had asked during the day. Butter should given with the bread instead having to ask each time. An additional cheese dish at 22 euros is a little expensive."

"I loved the location as it's right beside the Jandri Express. Hotel room was large but the ensuite was behind a sliding door so unfortunately you can hear and smell everything that is coming from the toilet! The ensuite is large enough to have a bath however there is only a shower. The rooms are very modern but not practical as there is not enough hooks to hang up ski gear or put away your clothes.
