"Very nice property, the staff are very nice and friendly. The only issue was they don't assign the room according to the booking. I booked standard Seaview 1 BR apartment, they assigned handicap unit. The apartment layouts are not the same, so beware what you are booking and will be assigned. "

"Bon... je reste mitigé. L'accueil tres bien. La chambre ( deluxe) est propre et spacieuse, bien équipée, bémol sur les terrasses qui sont toutes attenantes , pas top pour l'intimité. Le spa est bien, les massages sont de qualités. Gros gros point noir, le restaurant. Inutile de réserver ( chose que jai fait) ... table réservée pour 20h30 , ils nous ont mis au bar en dessous . "Room with access to the pool is a must. Hotel is fairly dated, certainly needs renovations especially in the rooms. More like a 3 star in terms of service & amenities. Staff speak pretty much no English (thankfully I speak little french) and no translation for help/instructions, as well as breakfast is quite limited. In all beautiful hotel but expected much more in other areas."

"My stay was marvellous. I added my boyfriend to the stay but he couldn’t make it due to documentation and I had completely forgot about it, upon arrival the room was decorated with rose petals and a fruit hamper style plate which I LOVED. I really appreciated the touch even though my boyfriend couldn’t make it, this helped put a smile on what was a disastrous day. All the ladies at reception well kind, helpful and accommodating. I can not wait to visit again and this time for longer. "

"Awesome hotel with kind staff. Ideal if you want to stay in the St Pierre city center for a night, a weekend or longer. Nice room, good breakfast and very kind staff. "

"It’s a good location and the breakfast was excellent. It could do with a bit of tlc and if you want to use the rooftop jacuzzi, make sure you book in advance. Also worth checking what day you are going to be in Cilous as eating options are extremely limited on a Monday."
