"The hotel's staff were super nice and accommodating, the only problem was one of the hotel's shuttle drivers from the Dublin Airport to the hotel. He was extremely rude to non-white travelers, claiming he was the wrong shuttle to the Clayton hotel while ushering white travelers on board. After everyone got on he muttered "b*astards" to himself. Other than that the hotel was great!"

My room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I appreciated the convenience of the shuttle bus to and from the airport, making my travels stress-free. There are also plenty of shops and facilities nearby, which was a bonus. Overall, a great experience, highly recommend."

"We decided to stay in Crowne Plaza Santry on fly out and In basis. Parked up for 7 days in a well organised secure car park. Like most IHG hotels, this one was excellent, spotless, super friendly staff and great comfort, in a really nice location in Santry Demesne/ Park. Hotel food is not to be missed and with a great menu. Only mins from Dublin Airport via a free shuttle service. No stress flying out/ In and certainly an experience we will remember. Well done Crowne Plaza Santry, 10 out of 10...

"It was excellent all the way until break when I could not get a non dairy spread. Not good for a coeliac’s disease sufferer. But like I said otherwise a top class establishment. "

"It's always the staff that make the difference to your stay. Hotel staff are excellent. The beds in our "superior" twin room were quite narrow and very closely spaced together, so the chair by the desk could only be used if you pushed both beds back a good bit. Apart from that the room was nice and clean and the bathroom spacious and nice."
