"This is an extraordinary castle. The rooms and facilities are gorgeous. However the way the hotel is run is not geared towards customers service. For instance if it wasn’t for two people at the front desk we would of not had anything to eat during our stay. There is only one restaurant with limited availability and no room service. Unfortunately we stayed on a Sunday and a Monday when most of the stores and restaurants are closed in the area. We hope to return and will certainly make...
