"Excellent choice for families as they have connecting rooms. The location is excellent if you are mainly interested in the schönbrunn castle, the castle park, castle maze and the zoo. Also there is the technical museum just beside the hotel. The hotel clean your only one day after another but it is not an issue. The staff are very helpful, special thanks fo Ali. The hotel also offer complimentary delicious cookies. Also there is a small supermarket in the lobby. Small point for improvement: i wish they had pillows menu, we felt the pillows were too soft and low and when putting too above each others they are very high and not comfy. I don't usually face this issue at hotels. The instant coffee at the rooms was really good "

"Perfect spot to stay in Vienna if you want a local feel. Right by central metro lines to get around easily, and close to cool bars, cafes and shops in Neubau. The rooms were lovely and we enjoyed the gym, sauna and rooftop bar. We would absolutely stay here again if we returned to Vienna."

"Wonderful stay the the Hotel Secession. Room was very spacious for a family. Hardwood floors are a nice touch -- very clean. Shower was fabulous based on space, pressure, temperature. Staff did a pre-setup for the rollaway bed. Supplied the room with coffee, tea, water, and biscuits. It's very important that the windows were able to open wide this time of year to allow for air flow in the room. Lobby space was inviting and clean. Stored bags before check-in. Front desk staff offered great assistance with luggage, recommendations, city tips, and great service at the bar! All the staff was helpful, nice, and accommodating. Easter treats in the lobby was such a cute touch over the holiday weekend."
