"This is a beautiful hotel. It's always clean, and the customer service is great. My only complaint is that a $72 parking fee on top of the room charge for 3 nights is excessive."

"We wanted to get out of LA and went to Newport Beach for the night. Excellent hotel, bar scene. Food was varied and great. Unfortunately it was raining so we didn’t get to check out the pool scene. Will definitely visit again and spend more time at the hotel. "

"I would definitely stay at this property again! The front desk customer service is always there and the rooms were very clean! Both pool and jacuzzi are heated as well which is nice. Didn’t have a single issue although I do wish the parking was free for customers ($30/night)."

"Beautiful property. Modern, safe , well-kept, and well-appointed. Majestic views of upper Newport bay from my room (with small veranda so I could actually be outside, which I adored.) Staff members were polite, efficient and friendly. Parking is very expensive ($42/night) and bottled drinking water is significantly overpriced. Water bottles in the room will set you back $9 each, while vending machine water is $4 per bottle (cash only vending machines). "

"I loved the cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel room. The room that we had was spacious, bright and warm. The front desk staff was respectful and informative. I will definitely be back during my future stays in Newport Beach. The room was missing a fire detector, but the technician came to the room with 5 mins and fixed it. Everyone was professional. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay."

"It’s a nice hotel, room was spacious, gym quite small. Room was quiet, though doors could often be heard slamming- shame they don’t soften them so that guests who don’t think about that don’t wake people up at odd hours. Other than that my stay was good "

"Lost our house in the Palisades fire and booked here to regroup. THE STAFF - EVERYONE - was extremely friendly, compassionate and generous. Never seen anything more heartwarming and restoring (in Humanity). This was perfect place for our stay!"
