"I had to ask to change room when I arrived as it smelt cigarette and it was not as well sound-proofed as I was expecting. The staff was real nice and switched me to a much better room well sound-proofed and without any of that bothering smell. Nice place, but I find it very disappointing that the access to the spa is not included and cost 15€ for an hour. I think France is the only country where I experienced this, especially for a 4* hotel. Also when I booked the room it was specified free...

The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers.
