"Fue un viaje de pareja y disfrutamos al máximo mi esposo dice que es un lugar que nunca va a olvidar, el confort, el lujo, todo, te sientes top. Un ambiente muy romántico y a la vez familiar. Desde que llegas siente la calidez y amabilidad de sus empleados, el chico del checking es muy amable creo que se llama Ame (o algo parecido) me dieron la opción de hacer late check out y nos vino muy bien ya que pudimos disfrutar un poco más. "The best thing about our stay was the connection to nature. The gardens are beautiful and the view from our treehouse was stunning. We felt so close to the birds, flowers, butterflies and stars at night. It is a unique experience, a wonderful change from a standard hotel. The host and staff are pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was freshly prepared and delicious. It is a bit off the beaten track but the only 10-15 min by car to beautiful beaches and the El Limon waterfall. "

"Overall infrastructure is of great quality but has too little use and it shows. All accommodations are well fitted with equipment but sometimes equipment malfunctions, for instance, our room tv never worked and could not be fixed, our refrigerator stopped working one day but was quickly fixed. At our arrival they had no notice of reservation and it took some waiting until everything was cleared.
