"Nice rooms and great service. The property is quite far out of town so you need to take a car at IDR50k each way to get into Kuta. The main down side was the pool layout, you could not have any sunbeds by the pool as pool was raised up on all sides. Bit of a strange design which made it hard to just relax by the pool which was a shame."

"Do NOT stay at this hotel. Avoid at ALL costs. It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at iny life. Seriously question and want to dispute their 4 star rating which I feel like they just gave themselves. It is 2 stars at best. The whole hotel smells like sewage, and if you are on the first floor, south of the property, be careful because there will be mold all over the bathroom and smell of mold on top of the sewage smell. "Best of Lombok accommodation so far!! Our garden view room was set amongst tropical flowers and birdlife, spacious and clean. "It's very nice there. The resort and the villas are very clean, as well as the private pool. The restaurant meals are extraordinary delicious! The location is good if you like it quiet. For us it was sometimes a bit annoying to always need a scooter to the supermarkert or to Kuta because around the resort there are basically no shops or restaurants. But all in all we had a beautiful time with a good quality of service."

"This is the forth time I have stayed there, third time with family. I notice great improvements in the overall since my last visit two years ago. Everything seems to be getting more attention; the restaurant (eliminating the dinner buffet, going ala carte), the beach (much cleaner and well maintained), the rooms (clean, comfortable) and great improvement to the Kids Kamp! My girls (5 & 8) preferred to spend time at the Kids Kamp rather than family. Everyone loved our stay."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! Huge shout out to: Leha, Erna, Ong, Sam (who gave the market tour), Rich man, and Ariana! I miss you guys! I would highly recommend!"

"Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend This hotel was by far the worst of the five we stayed at during our time in Bali. We booked a deluxe pool room, but instead of a nice pool view, we were stuck looking at an unused, dirty pool. While they did have another pool that was in better condition, it felt frustrating to have been placed in a room overlooking such an unappealing sight. There were multiple issues throughout our stay. Our check-in was delayed by 30 minutes, and the room quality was very basic, with a run-down bathroom that was far from acceptable. For a hotel with high reviews, the poor room and bathroom conditions were shocking. The service was equally disappointing. We ordered food and drinks, but the drinks were forgotten, and when I raised this, there was no follow-up. The assistant initially offered to waive our lunch bill as an apology for the issues, but later changed it to drinks only. At checkout, I was surprised to see that I was still being charged for the drinks, and it took them another 5 minutes to sort it out after I questioned the bill. To add to the confusion, I was told one price for a taxi to the airport, but when we checked out, the hotel charged me a lower price. I questioned this, and they insisted it was correct. However, during the ride to the airport, the driver received a phone call saying we had underpaid. This was very frustrating, especially since the confusion was entirely on the hotel's end. Overall, the service was poor"
