"Nice clean decent sized room. Plenty of choice for breakfast hot and cold. Nice pools across the road by the sea front. Short walk to main area with lots of restaurants. Not many parking spaces, we were lucky as someone was leaving. Streets rammed with cars so not a lot of parking elsewhere. Reception staff wasn’t overly friendly insisting on a voucher from Expedia which we didn’t have but then the manager said it was ok."

"We were only in Lovran for one night but wish we’d had longer as Hotel Villa Eugenia was so lovely. We were given a room upgrade upon arrival which was amazing. The room we were given was huge with a large terrace. So thoughtful to do this. The room and hotel as a whole was decorated to a high standard. The breakfast was great. So much choice and all very tasty! I suppose the only downside is that you have to pay extra for the car parking - something that’s included in all our other...
