"The online checkin app didn’t work but the owner did respond quickly on WhatsApp. This property is in a historic building on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. Street parking was difficult to find. We happened to be there on a Saturday and street parking is free Saturday and Sunday. The room/ kitchen is a good layout and surprisingly has a lot of storage for a small space. Appeared to be very residential and I didn’t see a lot of restaurants and shops. "

"This accommodation is exactly as advertised. Gorgeous presentation, comfortable bed, nice amenities. Great water pressure in the shower! The only downside if you’re there on a weekend is the noise outside from partying students. Don’t let that deter you though—that’s what earplugs are for! I’d definitely book this again. We had both rooms with five friends traveling together."

"The hotel is an early 20th century building (I think) with the style of the belle epoch and our room had wonderful high ceilings and tall windows with a balcony overlooking the bay. "Hotel has been superbly renovated, and is stylish and comfortable. A good breakfast was also offered. Disappointingly, despite the hotel offering parking, none was available, so on-street parking was the option ( and the paid parking in the street up the hill is cheaper than outside the hotel. Also, there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, and no option to obtain even hot water (we had our own tea, coffee & milk). "
