"Lovely hotel in a quiet location. The room were nice and clean. Staff were friendly and quick to offer tips on what to do around the city. There was kids playroom that kept our kids entertained for a bit. They also have an outdoor play area, which was a win in my kids' eyes. Would definitely stay again if we were to visit Bruges in the future. "

"We stayed for one night as passing through Bruges. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Travelling as a family of four, we were given a family room which was a fantastic size and very well appointed. Staff at check-in could not have been more helpful or welcoming. Would highly recommend!"

"Overnight stay on my trip back to UK following a long motorcycle road trip. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious comfortable room and bed with superb pillows, large flat screen TV with UK channels and ample parking. Superb draft Belgium beer on tap and a menu to suit all tastes. At breakfast there was a wide variety of hot and cold food with French fruit and unlimited coffee. Would I stay here again ? Definitely YES "

"Beautiful property. It was hot with no air. Our room was at front with all action on street, so could not open windows for air. Had a challenge when our room was accidentally manual cancelation even though we prepaid, but front desk was nice and made it work. Breakfast was great! "

"Amazing 5 star hotel with great charm and history but modern rooms and amenities. Big rooms with high ceilings and fabulous French doors . Big bathrooms that are elegant and charming. Love this hotel . Would recommend this to any friends visiting Bruges. Great location on the canal and walking distance to all attractions around the center of town . "
