"Wow and wow and again wow!! The best hotel I have ever been to. We were with our 2 children and everyone had a great time. A hotel that is simply a paradise for children. We will definitely go back there again! Delicious food especially in the morning and evening, kind and excellent service, a great indoor pool, a playground for all ages, there is always something to do and many attractions near the hotel or within a short drive. We had an extraordinary experience! Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. "Nice place. A bit pressed on arrival time - reception close at 8 pm, and we came from mid-Croatia with a lot of traffic problems. No restaurant at the hotel, but we were recommended at really nice restaurant near-by."

"off peak season, so grateful for letting me check in at 8am. Great value for the price, room is spacious for solo backpackers, nice mountain view Toilet is clean, bed sheets and blanket are clean but a bit old Breakfast is fine for early birds, Super convenient with both train station and bus stops around, had a really nice time."

"There were flies everywhere. All over the lobby, the kids play area, the dining area, and the food bar. Completely unsanitary. If I knew how to make a complaint to the Austrian Health Ministry I would.
