"Wow and wow and again wow!! The best hotel I have ever been to. We were with our 2 children and everyone had a great time. A hotel that is simply a paradise for children. We will definitely go back there again! Delicious food especially in the morning and evening, kind and excellent service, a great indoor pool, a playground for all ages, there is always something to do and many attractions near the hotel or within a short drive. We had an extraordinary experience! Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. "Our only complaint was that one week here was not enough! We stayed for one week July/Aug 2024. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The bread service is such a nice extra perk! The kids loved the waterpark. The area is full of too many things to do! The kitchen had all we needed to eat in as often as we wanted. I couldn’t complain about anything but having to leave. "
