All staff were very welcoming and always great you with a smile 😊 Enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar and breakfast was absolutely delicious 😋 A most beautiful building, steeped in history, it’s been our pleasure to stay here. "comfortable traditional hotel refurbished. Room on the top floor ok for one night but fairly small made more claustrophobic by the view from the windows being half blocked by the parapets of the edifice. Comfortable bed and great breakfast"

"The hotel was lovely with a great bar and restaurant, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. It is situated right in the centre of Richmond with easy access to all amenities. My only complaints are that there was a lack of hotel parking, and the room needed a bit of tlc (the ceiling and carpet were worn and one of the windows was cracked and broken so you couldn't open it)."

"Stayed in a superior room.Lovely stay at a beautiful hotel , All the Staff were excellent. The rooms were cleaned to perfection. Meals including breakfast couldn't have been better. Plenty of parking and lovely walks. All out time there we NEVER had disturbing noise from other rooms, perfectly quiet. The ONLY let down was the Pool was closed due to refurbishing. Should be lovely next time. I would highly recommend this hotel ."
