"Beautiful view from rooftop (4th floor) pool and from restaurant / lobby area (2nd floor). Only rooms on 3rd floor have sea view. Those on 1st floor and ground floor can only see garden. Nothing around the property so need transport if don't want to eat in hotel. Reasonable quality food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast, but nothing special."

I can't remember the name of the gentlemen staff but he spoke good English and was Sri Lankan who used to work in the middle east. He really really made us feel welcome and comfortable. " it was surprise to me when I reached the hotel and had to leave it since it is nothing like the mis leading deceiving pictures where the hotel was extremely dirty, deserted, the bed with pee stains, hygiene zero and 3 guys managing it who has zero hygiene and didn’t look like they are running the place which was quite creepy. Don’t be fooled by review and pictures. I had to leave and didn’t get refund so do hotels.com didn’t refund me when I reported the issue in the same moment. I had to lose...

"Great location far enough away from Mirissa. Peaceful and welcoming staff. Difficult to find a spot to swim in the ocean but possible to take a dip. Hotel pool wasn’t cleaned early enough for us to swim one morning (not open until after 8). Sri Lankan brekkie available as well as eggs and Gandon’s style, serving sizes were very generous. "
