"From the moment we pulled up to the hotel the staff was warm and welcoming. The accommodations are high end with spotless well equipped rooms, a fireplace and water view. John the valet was very accommodating and always on time. We had brunch in the beautiful restaurant with the best waiter. He took care of all ten of us, and was attentive and pleasant at all times. We had the best time and would recommend Forty One North to anyone visiting Newport. "

"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was.
