"Fabulous hotel. luxury feel. Great location and great food in the restaurant. Parking is tight but we booked and the space was reserved for us. I doubt the BMW driver had reserved a space and ended up carelessly parked without a proper space or consideration for anyone else - resulting in a million point turn to get out of my pre-booked spot! "

"Hotel lobby certainly gave the wow factor, staff friendly and very easy to approach. Bedroom was comfortable and clean although dated. We happened to stay when storm Bert was at his finest, so poor sleep due to windows rattling and whistling, curtains didnt quite meet either. Had a room with a balcony although could not use due to maintenace. Bath an added plus!! Did not eat, so cannot comment on food choices. Parking bays quite small but had plenty. Only a 10 minute walk to town centre....

From the day we arrived sat 2nd nov the staff we so helpful on reception and very easy to locate our room . The Spa was fantastic! 5* from all the different spa rooms to our facials on the sunday ,this was also very , very relaxing.
