"Excellent hotel. Staff are super friendly and very on top of things for the property. The rooms are clean and clearly well maintained. The food in the in house restaurants is good. However the breakfast buffet is wonderful if a little expensive. They are also right across the street from the old St. Louis Courthouse which is a nice attraction however it is currently closed for renovation. My only complaint is that sometimes people will try and bum money and smokes off of you if you go out any...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Cheshire! It is such a fun, charming hotel! The staff was great and the whole theme is quirky and well done. We stayed in the Wordsworth room and loved having a copy of his work available to read, along with his biography on the wall. Such a great touch! The breakfast had a large assortment of pastries, oatmeal, juices and milk. The eggs and potatoes were typical hotel grade. I will say- as a tea drinker i was very happy with the hot tea selection available all day....

We were looking for dinner the night we got in so we got last minute tickets and went to a game for “dinner and show”. "The bed was comfortable and the pillows were ideal! We stayed in the blue room and I liked the decor. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and watched a purple sunset. My only grips were the air conditioning was so loud and would kick on every 15 min and would make the door sound like it was opening which was jarring to hear in the middle of the night. Other than that, the hotel was lovely, I enjoyed the art show on the main level and no one was loud or obnoxious. "
