"What an amazing stay at BSL. Wonderful beach front property with small villas. Blown away by the delicious food and attentive staff. Everyone was super nice and an extra shoutout to Joel the manager and Fred the receptionist. "This property is nice, but the pool was small pool and the sun chairs had no umbrellas. It was shaded however you had to move your chair often due to the sun/shade depending on time of day. But overall, it was a good experience. Rooms were nice and clean but noisy hallways."

"Horrible customer service, 1st property ever I booked on Expedia and got a downgrade as a Platinum Member. From a deluxe villa to an apartment and was told I got it cheaper than what it's supposed to be but I guess they don't understand Platinum privileges on Expedia or Hotels.com and they don't work to international standards.
