"on arrival we found that our accommodation was not as advertised on their site. the accommodation was supposed to have a private kitchen which was not the case, we found a space in the worktops where a cooker had been fitted. I even gave the general manager a comprehensive report on the situation, that he was clearly unhappy with bookings.com We spent time together discussing the issues one morning. I have even sent bookings.com CEO GLENN FOGLE several emails to which he has NOT EVEN BOTHERED...

"We had an enjoyable stay. Its a Hidden Gem. Very upscale and classy. The Chef made delicious meals. Very quiet and private. They have a nice bar onsite. The decor and ambience is top notch. We were very pleased with our stay. They have various rooms with different set-ups. I will definitely pick the luxury suite next time. Thanks for having us. "

"This was a pleasant resort that was spacious and we enjoyed use of the pool and the availability of a restaurant on property. The restaurant service however was very poor and made it less interesting to utilize due to the difficulty of ordering. Overall the property is lovely and the reception was welcoming and accommodating."
