"Our room was amazing! It was really large, nicely appointed with comfortable furniture in addition to the plush king-sized bed. The large bathroom was lined with marble and had a large deep soaking tub. The hotel offered us complimentary massages for each day of our stay. We paid for more since they were so good. The lobby is beautiful. Every member of the staff was extremely polite and efficient. Definitely recommend!"

"The staff were excellent. Restaurant staff Nhi, Nhuy, Hue, My, Thuy were so so accommodating and patient. Reception staff were also very attentive. Spa staff wonderful and very relaxing massages. "Unfortunately the weather was not great during my stay here. And without good weather it decreases the fun pretty dramatically. It’s fairly isolated so that was a bit of a bummer. But the resort is beautiful. The staff was super friendly and the room was amazing! I had a private pool but never got a chance to use it which was a bummer. The restaurants were really good. I would highly recommend this place. "

"The room was very well appointed and the bathroom was very spacious with a tub and shower. The hotel was new and had a beautiful floral scent. There was a glass floor around the breakfast buffet which made eating at this restaurant a very unique experience. Most of all, I felt supported and looked after by Rose. She contacted me before the trip with ideas on how to spend my few days in Danang. I was very unorganized but when she was able to book me activities and tours even on late notice. ...

"Stayed here because we wanted to enjoy the theme park more. However it was raining heavily when we were there. Hence, we could not enjoy the rides and scenery much. Nevertheless, the staff is very helpful especially the bellboy. They helped us to carry the luggages under the heavy rain. Breakfast is good with many variety. The room is clean."

"We had an outstanding stay at Fivitel Cong Troi Dong Giang. The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. The accommodation is set in a securely gated resort, a buggy car transported us through the grounds to our accommodation. I also must highly praise the staff; when we stayed a member from our group had an incident and his motorcycle needed to be recovered. The staff were incredibly helpful and coordinated with our rental company to pick up the bike. Many thanks for looking after us and for a wonderful stay."
