"This is nice hotel in a great location near lots of restaurants and shopping. It is close to public transportation too. The only suggestion is that they add a mini-fridge to the room. Otherwise everything else was great. "

"Absolute lovley place. Was the first time weve stayed in a Clayton hotel and wouldnt be the last. I made a mistake of thinking i booked a early check in when i didnt, receptionist said it wasnt a problem and still give us a room 4 hours earlier than the check in time. Hotel itself and the rooms are absolutly immaculate as is the decor. ALL the staff there very friendly no matter what the time was. Great place made bettee by wonderful staff. "

"Previous visit superb. This stay had loose bathroom floor tiles , marked floor covering and a wardrobe light that stayed on all the time. Ouse from the sky bar could be heard in the 1st floor which affected sleep"

"We booked here last minute as the place we had been staying in was awful & we left it early! From the minute we went into the Glynhill it was so much bettet! The receptionist was lovely & very helpful! Food was lovely - although my son wished there was sausage & chips on the kids menu (he said it wouldve been perfect if there was! There was loads of parking available too. We used the pool yesterday, myself & my autistic 11yr old son. He cant change himself, & understandably ladies dont really...

"The hotel itself was a really friendly and welcoming environment, the lovely lady at the check-in desk was warm and friendly which made the whole process move seamlessly. The spa is very clean with 2 saunas, a hot tub and a steam room along with an ice-cold shower.
