"Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."

"This was our first time to Greece and we booked sansal based on reviews and how close it was to the ocean. When we arrived the staff were so great and very helpful, they were also very friendly and gave good recommendations where to visit and where to eat. We will be staying here when we come back!"

"This resort is incredible! It's beautiful, on the beach, in a great location, & the breakfast was amazing!! The buffet was huge with so many selections. The spa & pool area were wonderful, you really felt like you're on vacation with things such as a swim up bar, chairs on the beach and 2 pools to choose from. "A great hotel with lovely staff and very clean. Reception area is welcoming, beautiful and smells fantastic! The rooms are a little on the small side and the lighting isn’t great, especially in the bathroom and shower. There is also a smell which comes from the drains but overall, a great hotel and I would highly recommend it. 3 pools to choose from all with beds although they need to be stricter on the policy of not reserving subbed early in the morning. "

"The bays for swimming and relaxing are great. It could however do with a few more sun shades and sunbeds by these bays. I also dislike the towels being left on sunbeds early in the morning - and the people not turning up until midday. "

"We had a really relaxing time at the Kalyves beach hotel. What wasn’t clear to us at booking was the “all inclusive” and “all inclusive welcome gift” option. We went for the latter which gave us the “all inclusive plus” package at the hotel and was well worth the small extra cost, giving us unlimited cocktails, room upgrade and discount on the spa. Excellent value for money and still easily got enough for us (27c) at the end of September. The buffet food selection was great for us too as we could pick and choose what we wanted. We loved the stay and the entertainment in the night arranged by Momo was excellent too. Everyone was so friendly and keen to help we felt so looked after and pampered! Fully recommended!"

"Everything is amazing in the hotel it is very suitable for families there is good service and great food, everywhere you go in the hotel the staff are very understanding and kind. The only thing is that there could be more air conditioning as in the room it is quite hot. We had a great time we recommend it to anyone"
