"Great stay. They greet you upon arrival, our guide works with the staff to get us checked in. The bellman is very efficient in getting your bags to you. Nice garden area to enjoy drinks. Checkout was easy and bags are taken to your vehicle. "

"I liked the exemplary reception I was accorded. It was great. I liked how the first cook showed me around/how to get started with serving breakfast. Other cooks just kept staring. I was stunned in the morning to pay Kshs 2000 for breakfast yet it said it was included. What do these terms mean “breakfast included, breakfast available “? I would give it excellent if not for the breakfast which I felt robbed of. "

"Very spacious rooms and good Security. Wifi isnt great in the room but good downstairs in the lobby. You have to request a refrig and safe if you want one in the room. Excellent breakfast buffet! "

"The hotel is a little worn In spots. It’s exceptionally clean. It is hard to go out of your room without seeing someone cleaning.Fabulous spa, exercise room,pool even has a padel ball court. Not in a walkable area. Very helpful staff. very comfortable bed. My wife did spot a couple of giraffes out of our window."
